There will be a storage fee for any item left in our facility past it's agreed upon pick up date. There will be a late charge for any payment not paid by the due date specified in the bill.

Custom Creations By Marlowe will be responsible for items while they are in our facility only.

Custom Creations By Marlowe will be responsible for items that we deliver. If the item is picked up and delivered by a third-party, Custom Creations By Marlowe is no longer responsible. The liability then goes to that of the third-party.
